Mission Description

As a Senior Full Stack Developer within the Egis Digital Factory, you will join an agile development team and coordinate developers based in India and France. Your team will work on application design, development, testing, and maintenance as the company progressively deploys Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to architect web applications that meet client needs.
• Engage in backend, frontend, and DevOps development.
• Provide coordination, technical support, and mentorship to developers in France and India.
• Support the deployment of Agile methodology within teams and for internal clients.
• Implement and oversee development standards and best practices, particularly in Information Systems Security (ISS).
• Analyze, resolve, and document issues.

Qualifications

High level of autonomy, leadership, and willingness to take on responsibilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (Bac +5).

Minimum 8 years of experience in web development.

Expertise in Python/Django and C# with strong front-end experience in React/TypeScript.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and deployment on Azure using GitLab pipelines.

Strong interest in team coordination and mentoring, including remote collaboration.

Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
